CFY provides ongoing opportunities for all out of school time providers to continually get better at what they do. We use a process of assessing, planning, and improving at every level of engagement. Through personal coaching, technology-driven assessments and training tools, data collection, we are helping providers to perform at higher levels every day.

From the individual youth worker to our umbrella partner agencies, the entire Omaha out of school time community is continually improving the quality of its programming so that our youth can thrive.
