Please use this form to register your team of three for the Racial Equity Workshop being provided on February 20-21, 2020 from 8:30 am until 5 p.m. at Collective for Youth located at 105 North 31 avenue, Suite 103.  All attendees will be expected to attend for the entirety of the session.
