Have you ever felt burn out? Got to comfortable in your position or just felt overwhelmed? In this class participants will learn how to improve your productivity so that you are moving in the right direction. You will learn to identify your needs, goals, and progress. Manage stress and built healthier habits. Self-care plays a big part in discovering what is important and necessary for your own well-being. When you do things that enhance your well-being, you feel more connected to yourself. Participants will examine physical self-care, lifestyle, mental/emotional self-care, and people support systems. Every participant will create their own self-care plan at the end of the session.
