Helping youth see the relevancy of their program experiences is critical for them to understand the “why does this matter” or “when am I ever going to use this” scenarios. This session will dive into the art of selling your STEM program experiences so that it can be situated with relevancy for the youth and a connection to their innate interests and curiosities for the world. Finally, the session will conclude with building capacities for asking and prompting the right questions to engage in thorough dialog throughout and at the conclusion of a STEM experience.
